Cronyism

Today's inspiration comes from the AP news article Bush Chooses Miers for Supreme Court...

In all fairness to our esteemed leader and his nominee, Ms. Miers is hardly the first Supreme Court appointee who has never been a judge. And some Democrats seem to like her, so I'll reserve judgement for now. But the joke was too good to pass up, IMHO.
