Hey, just got back. Nothing really unusual. We've been using optical scanners here for a decade. There wasn't a line for voting around 5 PM, people have been kinda trickling in all day. But voting precincts here are pretty small, so it isn't a huge deal.
Judging from the signatures, turnout looks high.
I guess if anything I was surprised not to be the only young person there. I remember during the last election, friends and people my age stayed home and didn't care, but I saw them out this time, and people younger than me (who would be first time voters). But, really, it was about what you'd expect from a state that isn't particularly contested and hasn't been big on the election for months.
